Dog tags

Dog tags i made for the Rexouium avatar, i also added blendshapes to widen and shink the band for the neck so its compatable with other avatars

the tags have an armature to allow for dynamic bones, each tag can 0 scale to hide them

i included a simple texture/normal/metallic/roughness map, and a UV map for editing
